Hello. I am having a lot of trouble with my Versa 2. It keeps shutting off and not turning back on. I have reset it a few times and still having a lot of problems. How do I go about returning it or replacing it from Ireland? Thanks

Hi @JerryG50 you'd need to get with support first. Have you tried the chat option? I only have this number for Ireland. IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)

Have you tried live chat with fitbit customer service if not I strongly advise you to do so and if you have just call fitbit USA: call (877) 623-4997. UK: call 0800 069 8505. INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057.

Hi @Ethanappleby10 since they are in Ireland, I doubt they would want to call the US, UK or India and encur additional charges. Online chat works when there are people available to chat. Nice that you have the numbers. Your Fitbit - which one is it?
