Versa 2 keeps shutting off and on

My versa 2 randomly started restarting after a minute of being on.  I've tried factory reset twice and 3 different clock faces.  It seems to only do it when it it's being worn on my wrist.  Unusable for a couple of days now.

Also keeping it in always on display seems to keep it from doing this for a while.
