My Fitbit doesn’t calculate my sleep correctly. It says I’m asleep when I’m awake. I’ve tried tightening the band, it didn’t help. I just wondered if others have this problem. Is there anything I can do????

Hi there, @Wtredcam. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Please note that your Versa 2 estimates your sleep stages using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. When you haven’t moved for about an hour, your watch assumes that you’re asleep. Additional data—such as the length of time your movements are indicative of sleep behavior (such as rolling over, etc.)—help confirm that you’re asleep.
With that in mind, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 to see how it behaves afterwards. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
For other questions about sleep, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

@beach_nut Welcome on board. I understand how you must be feeling about this.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend what I suggested in this post.
Hope that helps you too.
