Hello @ioneal

I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Versa product help forum where you are more likely to get help.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @ioneal!

Sad to hear that your Versa 2 isn't working as expected.
If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest restarting your device to hopefully get things fixed. To do so, please keep your Versa 2's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed

Hi there, @ioneal. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. We're here to help you!

Have you tried what @Talahthas has recommended? It sounds like your Versa 2 is not syncing properly, that would explain why the time is still not updating. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.

If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Once you manage to sync your Versa 2, the time should be corrected. Nevertheless, if the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 2 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Lastly, I'd like to confirm if your Versa 2 is still crashing or recharging it solved the issue?

@RiekoC Thanks for moving the post.
