Versa 2 keeps turning off constantly and touch screen doesn't work

I've had my versa 2 since November. I've loved it. But after a few months it's started turning off every few minutes on its own and comes back on. Then the touch screen stopped working. It hasn't been damaged in any way. No cracks, no hard drops, nothing! For something so expensive, im super sad it's having issues only a couple months of having it 😭 is they're a place that can repair it? I don't have the receipt anymore

I bought mine in december and I'm now having the EXACT, SAME, issues. I've done some research and noticed that it's very common and people have no choice but to replace it. I'm so disappointed. I LOVED my versa more than my actual phone. 😥
