Versa 2 keeps turning on and off

My versa 2 keeps turning on and off and won’t stay on long enough for me to try and reset it and it just happened out of no where even when on charge it won’t stay on

Hi @Versafrozen  - have you accidentally changed any settings, if you can swipe the watch face to the left [to see launch icons] and then pull down from the top edge twice to get to Quick Settings, make sure the icons are correctly set, wrist watch on and moon and do not disturb off.

 

A button restart should still work How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

Failing that let the battery run down completely so it switches off, then when you recharge it it should wake normally.

Now my versa won’t turn on at all it had be working perfectly and I only
have it under two under two years and just stop working

@Versafrozen-  warranty is 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and if it's valid take it to where you bought for replacement

 

You could always contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Mine is doing the the exact same thing! I have a Versa 2 too. Mine is actually a replacement to one I had before as mine one before just started being weird and no troubleshooting sorted it out so I had to send it back to Fitbit to het a replacement. My replacement Versa 2 is now not working. As original post described, mine is in a constant loop of just Turing on with Fitbit logo then turning on, then the logo come on again then off, then comes on again. I’m watching my Fitbit right now as I type this.

 

I have tried the hard/ factory reset beholding the side bottom but the watch doesn’t stay on long enough for that to tack effect!

 

I'm going to have going to have to contact Fitbit as I think the device they provided is defected. I don’t understand what would warrant this to happen, as much like original post, my Versa was find one min, then the next this. 

Really confusing. 

Hope this post helps someone else who may of had this problem. If I get a result I’ll shall update.
