I need help, I purchases the Versa 2 in March 2021 and now stopped working. the screen is stuck on screen-off mode and left button doesn't work.

I tried everything noting works. also talked with someone at help desk. She said warranty services will contact me. It’s now two days. No one contacted me yet.

Keep in mind that it can take from 24 to 48 hours to receive a reply from the Support team, but you should be receiving a response soon.
If you don't receive a response, I recommend that you chat or give them a call so they can provide you with an update on your case.
