Versa 2 little red dot on screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my Versa 2 watch for 3 days and I just noticed this little dot won't go away on my screen. Does anyone know what this is? I have not dropped it or smashed it...

Hi @CourtneyG

Have you changed the clock face? If so have you tried changing to another or 'reverting to manufactured set' clock face?

If that does not resolve issue then contact support for further assistance:  https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

Versa user instructions:

Courtney, if changing the clock face didn't solve your problem, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.  If that doesn't do the trick, contact Customer Support as recommended by GrubbyDuck above,

Does the red dot always show @CourtneyG or does it only show up when light hits the screen. Is this in the top left corner, i think it may be.

If this is so, then what you are seeing is the Reflection of light off of the light sensor and would be normal.

Hi! No! It goes away when the screen is off and comes on when I wake the
watch up!

Sounds like a stuck pixel to me which is very much a hardware issue. All you can do at this point is contact customer support as suggested further up the thread.
