My fitbit versa 2 will not advance to other screens and remains on the home screen. I am constantly rebooting my device. I bought the device the first day it was released. Is there a solution for this or should I contact fitbit to have it replaced?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to change the clock face of your Versa 2, please follow the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. After changing the clock face you can restart one more time your device too.
