Hi. I got a versa 2 today which I bought second hand. I was given the pin code but before I did anything else I swapped the straps over which resulted in too many wrong pin attempts.
It told me to reset it on my phone but I hadn't got that far yet so I did the hard reset but now it won't turn back on.
I've tried pressing and holding the back button and it's doing nothing. Also had it on charge for a while and it's still not doing anything.
Any ideas what I can do?

Right so I've managed to get it to turn back on but now I have a red X and it says data not cleared, sync and try again. I still can't do another hard reset and I have tried over and over again, it will only soft reset. I was going to attempt to connect it via my laptop but I don't have a bluetooth dongle and then I read somewhere you can't set up versa 2 on PC anyways.
When I try and connect it with my phone, I can find it and the 4 digits come up, but the app won't accept the digits.
I've tried resetting the fitbit, I've reset my phone, I've turned bluetooth off and on again, I've re-installed the app.
I've literally spent hours and I'm getting nowhere, someone please help me!
