Hi! Was working until today , charged and then didn’t sync anything in to my iPhone , I deleted it from my app , reset it done everything, and when I have tried to add it in to my app again I got info that there is an error that my Fitbit was reported lost or warranty was issued? What to do? I bought it if someone brand new in the box. Pls help 🙈

Hi @IwonaS  so Fitbit is trying to tell you that your device can't be used? Please share what it said again. Did you buy it from a retailer that is authorized to sell Fitbit products? If you got it from an individual, there is no warranty. Warranty information - click.

Unfortunately the warranty from Fitbit is to the original purchaser of the device when purchased from an authorized retailer. You pay by credit card?Sometimes the card company can help you.

No, paid by cash. I bought it if a person not a retailer, so maybe it was stolen?

It's hard to tell. It could be someone was issued a replacement, but usually a replacement under warranty comes without a box. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Sounds good. Maybe the seller didn't realize there was a problem. Hope you get it sorted out.
