I enjoy controlling my phone's music (Samsung GS20) with my Versa 2. Pause, volume, skip..etc. However, it never works until I go into settings, and re-pair with my phone. I set the watch to pair and then go to bluetooth settings on my phone and connect to Versa 2 Classic. Then the music controls work for a while. However, at some point, it looses connection again and I must do the re-pair procedure. Is there a way to get my watch to stay connected or to reconnect after disconnection?

Hi there @MCTronix, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 and for trying to troubleshoot it before reaching out.
Have you recently paired your headphones to your phone or other devices? If you have, try removing your headphones from those devices. Then, when pairing them with your Versa 2, make sure no other Bluetooth device are nearby and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend checking our help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
In some cases the Bluetooth version might be or not affecting the signal. It also depends on the type of headphones the users have.
If you continue having issues with your music, please take a look at the help article Why can't I control music with my Fitbit device?
