Versa 2 losing steps the next day

Versa 2 will not keep a weekly total correctly.
I have been working since January with Fitbit and Apple trying to fix this.

I workout and get 1500 steps average and I sync it. I go to sync it in the morning to see how I slept and all the steps I did the day before are gone plus some.

it also shows my community members step count goes up and down and does not calculate their steps either

get your act together we pay good money for a product that does not do all it is promised

Hello @Geebee33, welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for the information!

This is very odd and it should not be happening. I totally understand where you're coming from. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend performing a restart to see if it can refresh the performance of your Versa 2. To restart it, please follow these instructions. What do you mean with "working with Apple"?

In case that you've already restarted your Fitbit and you keep noticing this behavior, it's best if you can try to chat with us online or give us a call to keep assisting you with more specific steps. Click here to get connected. Remember to connect from a different device, so you can troubleshoot your phone too in case that you need it.

Hope this helps!
