As per title, my Versa 2 has lost the 24 hours of data from 10:30 am yesterday to 11 am today.
I noticed after waking up this morning that my sleep data didn't seem to synchronize quickly, as usual, but sometimes it takes a while, so I charged the Versa 2 while taking a shower as usual.
I've just checked the app again, and while it shows my heart rate data from 11 am today until now, it still shows no sleep data for last night, no heart rate data from 10:30 am through to 11 am today and no step data during that time - even though I was wearing the device throughout that time.
How do I get my data back? And why did my first post on this forum reporting the problem VANISH WITHOUT TRACE? What is going on here??
