Hello, there is a “1” on the Home Screen Fitbit  button that I am unable to remove. There is nothing showing I have a message or update. Any ideas?

Hi @Lasnier2021 - try changing the clock face to a standard Fitbit one, it could be a clock face fault. If not please try posting a picture of it using the camera or landscape icon when posting. It may require you to make more than 5 posts before you can add a photo.
