Versa 2: maintaining the shuffle state for music (days apart)

I have to always select the "shuffle all" button to listen to my playlist just before my run (I run every odd day). This leads to (potentially but not always) hearing the same songs. Is there a way to continue the current listening list that was heard and only reset it if I hit "shuffle all" again?

There is something that I didn't really understand from your inquiry! 

Just to confirm, when you want to listen to music during your next run (1-2 days after the last run) you'll like for the "shuffled"(mixed) playlist to continue where you paused/stopped it after your last run, right?

If so, at this time, there is no possibility to keep the order of the songs in shuffled mode. After you start "shuffle all " a new order of the songs will be created. And when you stop the music, and start it again, the list gets mixed again.
