Versa 2 malfunctioning since last update

Hello. I've had my current Versa 2 since Christmas 2019 without any issues. Have updated my watch each time an update was available. However, since the last upgrade at the end of January 2021, my Fitbit has been malfunctioning. First, the screens would switch without my touching any buttons. Then, my activities switched around. This was then followed by my touchscreen no longer responding to my touch - I couldn't swipe up soft or hard enough to see my progressing stats screen. I've read previous entries on the Fitbit community website and have tried several things - restarting my device, resetting to factory standards and I also tried to restart is so that it erases my data. Nothing has worked. Tried to reach out to customer service via chat but all they did was give me a case number and said someone will get back to me. Now, my screen just went dead completely - there are just faintly colored vertical lines and nothing else. Seems as though the problem is getting worse.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I contacted Customer Support and was informed that they have reviewed your case already and provided a response recently. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
