Versa 2 melted to its charger!

My wife's Versa 2 melted to its charger! I "talked" (text chat) to Fitbit and was told that I would receive an email about this, that was 15 days ago and still nothing. 20231222_060841.jpg20231222_060849.jpg

My verse 2 has died twice and each time got v hot in its charger. Both times customer service have send out a box to return it and sent a replacement. No questions asked and sorted over chat within 10 mins. Try again.
