Versa 2 minutes resetting to zero after recent OS update

This is extremely annoying. I updated my Versa 2 OS yesterday and now, every time it syncs, it resets the minutes to zero. What’s going on with this update???

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is resetting the minutes to zero when syncing.

 

If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps. In addition, you can set up your Versa 2 as a replacement watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1574814205695.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:

 

Are you seeing 0 active minutes daily?

How many active minutes should you have?

Are there activities, exercises, missing?
