Versa 2 missing letters in icons

Hi, my Versa2 has been working perfectly fine (aside from occasional restarts to sync). But suddenly today, it seems like the letters/words are now missing! The clock face is fine but when I'm in "exercise", I only see the icons but not the words of what that exercise is (ie treadmill). Similarly, in my apps, all the "words" of the app is gone. Setting appears as "eis" under the setting icon, Weather app is "eer".

I figured I'll try a reset and held down the back button but the Fitbit logo never appears. I only see the "quick settings" menu but after 10s+, it just goes back and doesn't restart.

The watch is syncing with my phone fine...I know the activities my memory in my exercise order so it was able to track my walk perfectly fine even when there were no words/letters. The watch is able to sync so it seems like just a glitch with parts of the display.

Any ideas?

• I’m having a similar issue with my Versa 1. At first it was like yours where only some letters were missing but now all words are gone from my Fitbit

My Fitbit recently started doing the exact same thing a couple days again and I haven’t been able to solve the problem. It’s less than a month old!! Annoyed. Has anyone suggested a solution?
