Versa 2 music feature is not working properly

hello i am looking at upgrading my versa to versa 2. I got the versa so i could upload my own music and go on my walks without my phone. But when i did this and connected my bluetooth headphones it kepted cutting out i tryed everything and ended up giving up on that feature. My question does anyone have a versa 2 can you listen to your own music you have uploaded with your bluetooth headphones with no issues ( away from your phone watch only)? please and thankyou
