Versa 2 - music storage is not connecting

Hi there,

 

its such a pain with versa 2 to try uploading Mp3 songs to the storage; the storage access doesn't connect either manually or in the same wifi connection as in computer.

 

is there a step view to get this right?

If you haven't done so yet, please make sure to follow these steps Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
