I have searched the forums, googled and spoken to friends but I still can't figure out how to get music onto my Versa 2 😞
I have the app installed on my iphone which works perfectly and I have installed the fitbit connect programme on my laptop (who knew we would need a laptop too!) but the laptop version does not detect my Versa.
This whole process is so frustrating! Surely we should be able to simply transfer music from phones?!
Anyway can someone please walk me through how to get songs from ITunes onto my Versa 2 (in simple English please).
Cannot believe that a £200 watch needs such complicated processes!!
Any help welcome as I am loosing the will to live now.

Please make sure that you are following the process to transfer music that is listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I cannot load music either. I never get to point where I see or can select a playlist. I press "Personal Music", then a popup window, Getting Started comes up, at the top it says "Looking for Watch..." and never finds it!
I have tried FitBit support twice. I am pretty discouraged. I'll probably return the unit.
Win10 PC, Fitbit 2.44.1997 (64029); iOS 14.1.
