Versa 2 : my heart rate monitor not working

I reset the device and have current firmware. The heart rate monitor not showing at all. Cleaned the back which was clean. Steps work and I think sleep works.

It may be dead. The lights don’t blink on the back. 

Is there a return policy?

Hi @rocky595 - this can happen if the watch has developed a fault, or you turned off the HR sensor in the watch settings [worth checking].

If you restarted it and that hasn't helped the only option to try [which isn't without risk] is a factory reset, but it is unlikely to resolve it, especially if you also have sudden battery problems, button problems, touch screen problems or it gets hot while charging and if so stop immediately.

If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
