I downloaded new face for watch and the date is off by one day. Maybe set for wrong year? How can I correct it?

The only setting mechanism for time is to synchronise the watch with the phone, or possibly restart the watch and may be phone so the sync works.

It could also be a fault in the clock face, so may be try a different one. You can swipe to the left and go to Clocks on the watch and select the one you had before to see where the problem lies.

Hi there, @RVGramma. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

However, if you're using a clock face from a third-party developer, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your response. The time is correct and it did sync, but the date is wrong. It said Mon May 11, but should have been Mon May 10.
