Gutted by brand new versa 2 isn't showing a heart rate graph. I can view my heart rate on the dashboard icon, but no measurements shown. I've cleared cache, force stopped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both app and Fitbit. I've factory resetted my Fitbit also. Am I going to have to send this back??

You would never see the graph on the Versa 2.
Can you see heart rate on the V2 or just not on the app? If cannot see heart rate on V2, try scrolling right (swiping left) from main clock face to 'Settings'; tap that, scroll down and look for 'Heart Rate' and make sure that is on.

Sorry JonnyRow I wasn't very clear. I can see heart rate on versa and on my dashboard of app. But when clicking on the dashboard it wouldn't bring up a graph, only said 'no measurements available' or something similar.
However, I've woken up this morning and it's now working perfectly after 8 hours of frustration yesterday.

My experience is that the heart rate graph is sometimes slow to update on phone app.
But if it has synced, you can alwas see it, and in better detail, on the fitbit.com dashboard in web browser.

I have a similar problem, but I have NO heart rate showing on the device at all. It was there for the past 2 months, but it just stopped the other day...and YES I did do to ensure the Heart rate monitoring was on on the device, and YES I cleaned the sensors with a little rubbing alcohol to make sure they were clean. The green sensor is working.

Thanks for the tip to check the heart rate monitor setting. Somehow I had set it to off a few weeks ago. Now I can get my sleep score again.
