Versa 2 - no heart rate

The lights on the back of my Versa 2 are not working therefore there is no heart rate being picked up. I’ve contacted support and reset to factory settings, I’ve also cleaned the back of my watch but nothing has worked.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 watch and confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

If you already tried the factory reset and the restart procedures and  you continue to experience the same inconvenience, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team; it's good to know that you've contacted them for further assistance, they will let you know how to proceed.
