I purchased my Fitbit from Amazon on 6/19/2020 I have reset it multiple times. Check to see if the settings were changed. Heartbeat setting is on. Changed clock faces. Nothing has worked. It doesn’t find my heartbeat or my spo2. There are no lights on the back. But as of today 6/17/2021 it should still be under warranty.

Replace it under warranty right away.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
