I no longer get the home screen, including the day time etc. if I swipe left I get the normal choices of Spotify, alarm, settings, etc. however when I select one of these the screen goes blank. I also no longer receive notifications and can’t get it to sync. All the posts I read say do a factory reset and talk about a bottom/back button. I only gave a left button. What am I missing???

I had this issue all day tried the reset options and am so frustrated as I love my Fitbit. It is just totally black screen won’t turn on and is fully charged. I am going to call in the morning to get a replacement and my husbands done the same a couple of months ago and he just stopped using it.

This is what I did:
My Versa 2 is back...
1) I first recharged Versa 2
(even though it was fully charged and suddenly went blank while talking with Fitbit Tech)
2) I deleted Fitbit App on iPhone
3) I rebooted iPhone
4) I downloaded the Fitbit App from the App Store
5) I rebooted the iPhone again
6) I turned off Bluetooth and restarted it again (seen the Versa 2 connected)
7) Started the Fitbit app and followed the prompts. All seems to be working correctly again as of this writing.

This morning I am having the same issue! Worked fine yesterday, had my home screen, today no home screen and it won’t sync. Going to try the fix below and hopefully it works.
