This is the third Versa 2 I have owned with which this happens. The Fitbit no longer connects to the Bluetooth on my phone. It is not a phone issue! I have done all the trouble shooting multiple times! I really think Fitbit has their devices stop working in order to force you to buy a new one. I am hesitant about upgrading to a newer Fitbit version because they are more expensive and likely have the same problem. There has to be a better, more reliable smartwatch out there. Guess I will be calling customer service again…
