My Versa 2 no longer holds a charge and it will not come on when wrist is raised😞

Probably have Screen Wake set to Manual instead of Automatic, or are in Sleep Mode.  Check both in Quick Settings (swipe right or scroll left from main clock face).

I don't see any connection to "communications board".

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My screen only comes on for a short period of time after I do a 100% charge, plus the battery is draining at a rapid rate. Thanks for suggestions. I love my Fitbit, I find myself depending upon how it helps me to exercise and monitor my sleeping habits.
