Versa 2 no longer shows sleep data

For the last month or so my versa 2 does not show sleep results.  I have restarted.  All is updated? Any other suggestions?

Hi @chester14, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't register your sleep data.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if it tracks and registers your sleep properly.

I went through all the steps mentioned and sleep appears sporadically.I then went 1 step further and Uninstaller reinstalled my app as I was syncing manually to get sleep to show.Now I realize Alexa is not working.  What are my next steps.MSent from Marilyn's Samsung Galaxy
