I can no longer add or edit anything on my watch because it says my device isn't connected. However, it just synced 28 minutes ago. First I thought the problem was that I was charging my device (it was at 22% so not dead), so I took it out of the charger. But I get the same message on my phone that it's not connected. Any advice on what may be happening? Thanks!!

It's a feature in the firmware update from December. I'm just being sarcastic about it being a feature but seriously everyone has all sorts of wonky problems since the firmware update from December 2019. Read through the various threads and you will see you are not alone.

Is there a fix for this? I'm tired of spending hours trying to customize this darn thing and everytime I try to add, edit or delete an app it tells me I am not connected! Grrr!
