My versa 2 has tracked my biking sessions with speed (I can see on device as I'm riding), mileage, time and heart rate since I've purchased the tracker. However, since I've switched from a Galaxy Note9 to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, it no longer tracks my mileage or speed. I only get the time and the avg heart rate which is off as well. The map of my route is inaccurate because of the incomplete information. I have reset my tracker several times and researched the net for any help. None can be found. It worked fine until I switched phones. I have not tried a complete factory reset on the tracker as I'd hate to lose almost 3 years of information/stats. Is that what I have to do? 😞
Help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I believe the issue is solved. My husband got on my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app (btw I did this before I wrote the above problem, but it didn't work). It brought up all sort of permissions that it didn't the previous time & we allowed everything. Did a test ride & it registered speed & distance. So whatever he did, worked. So the problem was probably a permission that I couldn't find or that only popped up on reinstalling it *shrug*
