In the past 2 weeks, the lights on the back of my versa 2 don't work at all and my heart rate and sleep data doesn't record. It shows that there is no record of sleep and my heart rate is always at a resting 61 beats per minute. I have already turned off the heart rate, manually synced, turned it back on and reset my watch. All that did was delete my hours active record and not bring back my heart rate or sleep data. Non of the trouble shooting steps work.

The same thing happened to mine once fitbit released the latest update. This is the second time since 2015 that similar has happened to a fitbit I owned. I spoke with customer service they have refused to do anything and won't acknowledge that it only happened once they released an update. This is a common issue with fitbit their service has gone down hill over the last few years.

My green lights are no longer working as well. My Fitbit is also stuck in a permanent cycle of displaying the logo, going black for a few seconds, and showing the logo again. I’ve tried factory resetting it, letting the battery die, and left it on the charger for hours. It all happened after it tried to install the latest update 😞
