Versa 2 no measurements on HR

My fitbit versa 2 is showing "no measurements" 

I have tried everything on the forum,

Restarting the Fitbit, 

Re syncing the Fitbit 

Clearing cache

Logging out and in

Uninstalling the app

Etc and it is still not working, the heart rate tracking is the only reason why I bought this.

Hi @Bagleyvaughan - there are two parts to the issue.

Is your watch working and showing heart rate?

Is the watch syncing properly or at all?

If you have a good clock face you will see immediately if it shows steps and heart rate etc. A reason

 for it not showing heart rate but showing steps is the heart rate monitor is turned off in the watch Settings, worth checking.

Another reason is the watch has become faulty, if it got water in it for instance.

For getting good syncing it is often a good idea to restart the phone as well as the watch.
