Versa 2 no option to load owned music to device

How long before the issue is solved to load the music onto the watch? Not Pandora. Not Spotify. Not Deezer. But actual owned music.

One of the primary reasons I purchased this was because that was listed as an option. It seems that the device was released prior to updating the PC software to accommodate.

I am very close to just cutting my losses and returning the Versa and getting a new Galaxy Active, as every time this problem is posted, it goes nowhere.

Oh I use a Galaxy 10.

Hi @William73  You need to use a laptop or PC to load music to your Versa. It wont load from your phone.  See page 50 of the Versa 2 manua

Hi @William73, welcome to the community.

Have you downloaded the Fitbit Connect software (here) for you PC? This is different to the Windows 10 Fitbit app and is what is used to transfer music to the device.

I too just purchased the Versa 2. I was torn between Apple watch or Versa 2. I was using a Blaze for past 2 years and I liked the interface. I do not like carrying my phone with me when I run or walk. So Versa 2 was a great choice. Until trying to physically getting it to load with music. I tried using my windows computer to transfer from Itunes. No luck. I tried using by Macbook. No luck. I have Pandora premium subscription. No luck. Two full days of trying to get music loaded on this watch from Pandora. Followed the directions exactly. It starts to download and stops after 10 mins or so. Very frustrating. I'd be willing to pay someone to put music on my Versa at this point. To say the least, I am extremely disappointed and probably getting the Apple watch after all. Fitbit had an opportunity to get a leg up on Apple. They fell flat on their face. They need to keep up with technology. It shouldn't be this hard to listen to music on a device. Shame on you Fitbit.
