Versa 2 no power and no screen

our device’s battery was depleted to 0%, and it doesn’t appear to be charging.

I have tried different blocks and sockets with no fix

i have left on charger over night with no fix

I have pressed the button for 30s to force restart with no fix

Please help - very frustrating
