Versa 2 no sleep score

So I got a brand new Versa 2 yesterday, very excited to use to, and sleep tracking being one of the main reasons I got this.

I have woken up this morning to no sleep score, however it has given me my sleep stages. I've worn the watch as it says to wear. Is this something that needs a few nights to get a score?

Also the smart wake feature isn't showing on my alarms - one of the features I desperately wanted to try. On the Fitbit app, the alarm app shows this in the previews... Any idea why this isn't there when it's brand new?

I recently got a Versa 2, also. Congrats!

Is your Versa 2 and the FitBit app up to date?

I have gotten sleep scores and tracking from the first night. Try wearing the tracker a little higher up and make sure it's tight enough but not too tight. From what I have seen/heard, it might take a night or two for it to work, though.

To set a smart alarm, you need to do it from the Alarms app on the watch. Did you do it this way? Set an alarm and then tick the smart alarm box.

The app is up to date, I'm not sure on the watch itself, however it hasn't given me any option to update.

I'll try wearing the watch slightly higher tonight. My BPM was in the 50's before bed last night but this morning, from putting it higher it's in it's 70's, guessing that's a good sign?

I set the alarm through the alarm app on the watch, but I pick the time then I get the option to tick the boxes for what days and that is it..

Did it work tonight?

For me, I see the Smart Alarm tick right after I set the time. Maybe try restarting your tracker?
