Versa 2 not able to respond to text messages

I contacted the company on July 14th but no response yet. I received the Versa 2 in May. The feature to respond to text messages on the the smartwatch stopped working after a month. I would like this feature to work. Too late to retun the watch

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
