Versa 2 not accurately tracking distance=

I have found that my versa 2 watch is not accurately tracking distance, however the map is correct. I can do a 2 mile walk and it will track it as 0.3 miles. I never had this issue with the charge 3.

Hi @Ae5057, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not tracking your distance accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your distance traveled accurately.
