Versa 2 not celebrating goal

Can’t get my Versa 2 to let me know when I hit my step goals ...doesn’t vibrate, shoot rockets or anything

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your device isn't notifying you when you reach your goal. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device with the steps below and check our help article: How do I track my health and fitness goals with the Fitbit app? for more information about such feature.

1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

My Versa 2 is brand new and I’m having this problem too.

My Versa 2 has stopped the celebration on the app when I meet all my goals.  I still get the individual ones, but for the past week I have not gotten the big celebration.  I really liked the big celebration on the old bright green system much better.  The toned down aqua celebration was pretty weak...and now nonexistent...  Thanks.
