Versa 2 not charging after being stored away

The last time I used my versa 2 was just over 2 months ago and yesterday I decided to charge it up and start using it again. Only it won't charge at all. I have tried cleaning the contacts and I know the charger works as my wife's fitbit charges on it.

 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
