So disappointed with my Versa 2 that I just got for christmas. I'm having the lack of charging, freezing screens and screen not responding. The thing is a complete mess and useless even after resets and rebooting. Never had an issue with my charge and after reading all the complaints feel like it was just a big waste of money.

Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.

Replying to the Last email asking for confirmation that the problem with the Versa lite that doesn’t keep time or sync without forcing Still exists has brought no reply As yet
However in an attempt to justify my claim that the problem is not caused by IOS 13.4.1 I attempted to set up on an android phone problem exactly the same.
I am rapidly forming the opinion that FitBit have serious problems with software and are unable to rectify.
It is unfortunate that due to the lockdown in the U.K. I am unable to return the watch to the seller otherwise it would have been sent back for refund and replaced with something that actually works
