Versa 2 not charging at all

I JUST BOUGHT my Versa 2 last week. I have had a week as of yesterday. My watch died yesterday as I was waiting for 2 charging ports to be delivered. I popped it on the brand new charging port today and nothing is happening. If I press the side button it will flash the low battery screen, but I have tried to hold the button down, and reading various versions of these 'screen is black' and 'wont hold charge' forums and nothing is getting the watch to say its charging--on the watch or the app. This watch is a week old...what do I do.

Hi @ekk14  when you said "charging port" is that the same as a power bank? Not all of those have enough power to charge a Fitbit. Can you charge it using a usb plug on a wall or a computer?
