I have a new Versa 2, and I was a previous owner of a Versa. I cannot get my Versa 2 to charge or seemingly to even really sit into the cradle correctly. I got it to work once right after i got it, but I had to fiddle with it a ton to get it to connect. Now, I can't get it to work at all. I even tried taking of the band to see if it would sit better, but no luck. The old Versa would clearly click in and connect (or at least far more clearly than this one does) and display that it was charging. This one does nothing--no display and doesn't seem to even really fit into the cradle. Do I have a faulty cradle? Can we use the cradle from the original Versa? It is really annoying that I paid to upgrade and that this essential operation is so much worse than the original. I even watched annoyingly simple video of how to connect it (which seems exactly the same as the original Versa), but it was not helpful.

I am having the same issue... battery was low yesterday and after it died completely I tried to charge it but it did not charge it. Tried everything.. even taking off the bracelet as you did to fit it better with no success. 😞
