I’ve had my versa 2 since Christmas last year. It was used a few months then put in a drawer and forgot about until last week. I took it out and charged it then attempted to turn it on with no luck. I immediately thought my charger had broke and went and bought a new 1. Left it on the new charger overnight but the next morning had the same problem. So proceeded to do a hard reset on it. This also proved useless. Did I do it wrong? The videos I watched said just hold down the button for 15-20 second..I did that..repeatedly throughout the day..also tried holding it longer..and no luck. Is their anything else I can try? Is it worth it to have it fixed or should I just purchase another? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem with versa lite. customer service offered 50% discount on a new one or replacement with no extended warranty. 3rd device in one year. will not purchase another Fitbit device.
