Versa 2 not charging or turning on

hi, thanks for having me here,are you able to please assist me with my fitbit. it is now not charging and turning on even though i have wiped clean it, restarted it, and redownloaded the fitbit app to try and sync it. thank you!

Hi guys,

 

I have a Versa and went flat yesterday, put it on charge with 3% left. Charged over night with no success. Have cleaned charger connections and pins and have place back on charge, at this stage still not charging. It is about w8 months old, has been working fine and charging up until now.

Hi @Waymur, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since your Fitbit Versa is also experiencing charging issues. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

If you haven't done so, please try the steps that are listed in this help page. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
