A few days ago my versa 2 started to lose time. Then it stoped synching
i have tried restarting the watch and turning on and off my phone Bluetooth with no success,
I reset everything and went back to factory settings on the watch and now there is no connection at all.
it’s been brilliant until now so I want it working again. Please help

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @AndyVersa2. I'm sorry to hear your Versa 2 is not connecting after factory reset.
In order to connect your watch again please pair to your account as a replacement device. Follow instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

it turns out I have a Versa 1 rather than a 2 but that’s beside the point. I completely removed the versa from my account, went back to factory settings and restarted by adding new device and with no success at all!
I got a failed to pair message after putting in the 4 digit code. I retry and now it is failing even find the versa.
can I get this replaced or repaired?
