Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone. 
  3. Open the Fitbit app. tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  4. Tap Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hello, 

 

I too am having the same problem with the Versa 2 I received today. I have restarted both watch and phone twice, deleted and reinstalled the app, re-paired three times, turned off all Bluetooth devices nearby, anything I could find online. I would really like the Bluetooth to work for the Spotify function, but it can't find my phone at all, despite having paired when setting it up. I don't understand please help!
